So one of the hottest days of the year our system decided to have issues. I called AWHeating and Air and they responded asap. Austin called me and was able to get us in within an hour of calling. He showed up and let me tell you he was a blessing and true professional. He explained every detail and had us up and running in no time at all. I plan to use AW for a complete replacement install this fall and after this latest service I feel confident making that choice.

On the hottest day of the year so far—of course, our AC decided to stop working. AW Heating & Cooling had a technician out the very same day we called. Blaine was incredibly kind, respectful, and professional from start to finish. He took the time to explain what might be causing the issue and walked us through his plan to fix it. His knowledge and efficiency were truly appreciated. We couldn't be more grateful for the fast, excellent service!

I've used this company for around 5 years and it was recommended to me when my prior company owner retired. I've had nothing but positive experiences. Today I had appointment for central ac maintenance. I was notified that they were on their way prior to arrival. Tyler and Eren were very professional. Tyler answered my many questions clearly. I have never had a service recommended to me that I hadn't asked about or already knew I probably needed. The price of today's service was actually less than I expected. They did offer a service plan of which the price was too good to pass up that included an annual a/c maintenance and an annual heating maintenance as well as discounts on any part and labor needed. I've had Dave here a couple of times for some minor problems and he was very professional and knowledgeable as well. I highly recommend this company.
