We had a very positive experience with our two furnace installation. All the technicians were very pleasant and worked diligently to get a job that was scheduled for two days done in one long day. Steps were taken at the end to walk me through the systems and get me comfortable with basic operation. From their phone communication to their clean up at the end of the installs they did a fantastic job.
Great customer service from the initial call to schedule service to completion of the service by the technicians including taking time to explain the cause of furnace malfunction and steps taken to repair.
