I have not even had service with this company yet. However, with speaking with the lady on the phone, to the initial estimate being performed, to the conversation and honesty from that gentleman, and yet again another phone call to the office, my wife and I can not wait to have them install our air conditioning system. You do not find people like this anymore. Pride and honesty was above and beyond noticeable. Can not wait to be a customer for life.
Bad time for our air conditioning to stop working but Bob H came out and was thorough and efficient. Quickly diagnosed the problem and explained in full detail. Very much their promptness and ability to get the cold air flowing!
Blaine was great, knowledgeable and efficient at getting our AC back up and running quick on a very hot day. Highly recommend him and AWHC.
AW Heating was professional and did a good job
AW heating and Air conditioning was the only company that called me back when our air conditioner went out! Tanner the technician was prompt and professional and knew exactly what the problem was with our air conditioning when I describe the noise and situation quickly changed the part and got it running again! Gave tips on what to do to our unit to make it work less hard. Greatly appreciate AW Heating and air conditioning for the prompt work.

The technicians (Tyler and Bob) were both very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. They carefully performed a maintenance system check of the A/C system to be sure it was performing per design. In the heat of the day they cleaned outdoor compressor to keep it running efficiently. We greatly appreciated their thoroughness and attention to detail.
On the hottest week of the past few years AW Heating & Cooling was able to get a technician out to my house in less than 24 hours. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, polite and courteous. He had my AC unit working in less than a half hour. Would highly recommend their services.
