AW Heating and Cooling was very responsive when we had problems with our hot water heater. Andrew showed up soon after my call. He was very professional and quickly identified / replaced the root of our issue, a faulty pressure switch. Thank you!

We first used AW Heating when we arrived home very late one night last winter in sub-freezing weather adn our furnace was not working. The company we had used for nearly two decades refused to come out emergently. We saw that AW Heating provided emergent repair, so we called them. They came out promptly and fixed our furnace. We stayed with them now this fall for annual maintenance. They have always been pleasant, courteous, and professional. They are prompt and pay attention to details and are careful to not "dirty" the house while working.
Addendum: I have continued to use AW HEATING & COOLING since I wrote the post above about a year ago. They have come to my house twice since then and the technicians (Austin in both of my cases) remain remain professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and very sensitive to not dirtying the house.

We have always used AW Heating because they are always quick to respond and take care of our heating and cooling needs. We unfortunately had to replace our original A/C and AW Heating and Cooling gave us a quick quote and a great option. We live in an area that uses propane for heating and our new heat pump (confusing by the name is actually an A/C and heating unit combined that works with your inside furnace) installation is going to help reduce our heating costs this winter.
