We've used and relied on AW Heating & Cooling for all of our HVAC services for more than 10 years. They provide excellent responsive service and their staff is always professional. Tennille is always friendly and quickly schedules our services. Tanner, Drew, Blaine, and Austin are always thorough and do a great job. In the past year, during a routine HVAC maintenance visit, Tanner took the time to evaluate and get us an estimate on outdoor faucet repairs.The AW team then made the faucets repairs and installed a new sump pump all within the same week. They always work efficiently and keep our home clean. We'd highly recommend them to anyone that needs HVAC service.
Tanner was great. Personable and was able to pinpoint the issue and had my furnace up in running in an hr.
So thankful! Freezing outside & woke up to our furnace not working. They were very accommodating, came out same day & called prior to their arrival. Within a few hrs they (Tanner) was able to diagnose the situation, locate part & come back & install. Extremely pleased with AW Heating & Cooling & will use again & refer to anyone i. need.

Our furnace stopped working and AW came out to fix the problem. They found it was a bad board, but it was too late to get a new part. Our furnace would run and then shutdown and I would have to reset it. AW called me Tuesday morning and said the part would cost $750. I told them come and fix it. A little later Landon called and said since you are replacing you system next month why don't we save you the $750 and come out tomorrow and install a new system? And so they did Jason, Jarid, and Landon were here at 8:30 on Wednesday morning and by 3:30 we were up and running with a new system. Thanks guys for helping us save some money and the excellent job you did.
Great customer service from the first phone call. They got me scheduled very quickly. They actually called to see if they could come earlier than my scheduled window of 2:00-4:00. They got here around 11:30 had the job done in a timely manner while taking care to do job efficiently. The guys were polite and and made sure I understood how the new thermostat works. I highly recommend!
AW Heating & Cooling is top notch! They have taken care of all our HVAC service since 2016, and we won't go anywhere else. Good communication, always on time and we always get a phone call updating on their time of arrival. Today, Blaine did a great job on our fall furnace maintenance. He was thorough, professional and friendly.
We had a new furnace installed and the 2 techs that came out were incredibly professional. They put a drop cloth down on the floor to protect our floor and keep it clean. They cleaned up the area before leaving and they explained in detail about the new furnace! Jared and jason were awesome! I would highly recommend AW heating & cooling!!
