I am so grateful for the quick action that was taken by AW Heating to my furnace question. Bob, their service technician, was at my home within a few hours. He was focused as he identified the problem, he was calm while explaining the problem, he was efficient in fixing the problem and he showed me care and concern. After all was completed, his knowledge on the "now fixed" problem, gave me the confidence that I was safe. Called AW Heating and Cooling after my other HVAC company told me they could not come out for two days for my furnace leaking natural gas into my basement. AW came out the same day within two hours of me calling them, and fixed the problem, and went over my entire HVAC system. Great service, and excellent customer care from AW!
