Anthony Wayne heating and Cooling did a fantastic job installing my new furnace and air conditioner. They were friendly, clean, processional and engaging. I would highly recommend them to anybody that wanted service or installation. The installation techs couldn't have been more helpful and the quality of work is second to none.
David was very friendly and professional. AC was not working properly. On a Saturday David diagnosed the problem and made the repair. First time I used AW and very pleased.
A/C went out on a Saturday morning, placed a call and David came ASAP. Diagnosed the problem (capacitor) and repaired quickly. Also took the time to discuss an additional issue with me and added an A/C surge protector at my request. David was friendly, respectful, and thorough. Great customer service. Called about air conditioning unit not working. Technician arrived less than two hours after service request. Technician was friendly, kept me informed during the entire service and resolved the issue. Thank you for such a fast response with a heat advisory in effect this week. Would highly recommend.
We've been satisfied customers of AW for over 10 years. About a month ago, AW again went above and beyond to help us. Our geothermal unit crashed, so we needed to purchase a whole new system. We went with a hybrid system of heat pump/propane. Austin thoroughly explained the pros and cons of the different alternatives and gave us a quote. We also got quotes from other HVAC companies because that's what any smart shopper should do.
AW quoted a high level Trane system and beat everyone else's price for that level of system. More importantly, their workers worked overtime the first day of installation to make sure we had AC that night. They had no obligation to do that.
We highly recommend AW. Not only are they a reliable company, they reward their existing customers with exceptional service. Our trust level in AW is extremely high in every respect. We recommend them for ongoing and new HVAC needs.
