We've been satisfied customers of AW for over 10 years. About a month ago, AW again went above and beyond to help us. Our geothermal unit crashed, so we needed to purchase a whole new system. We went with a hybrid system of heat pump/propane. Austin thoroughly explained the pros and cons of the different alternatives and gave us a quote. We also got quotes from other HVAC companies because that's what any smart shopper should do.
AW quoted a high level Trane system and beat everyone else's price for that level of system. More importantly, their workers worked overtime the first day of installation to make sure we had AC that night. They had no obligation to do that.
We highly recommend AW. Not only are they a reliable company, they reward their existing customers with exceptional service. Our trust level in AW is extremely high in every respect. We recommend them for ongoing and new HVAC needs.

JJ came out on June 16th for our semi annual HVAC maintenance. He was on time and very courteous. When asked, he went ahead and tested the temp and airflow of an additional second story room and offered suggestions on how to make the room cooler. We have used AW Heating & Cooling for many years and will continue to do so.
