AW heating is awesome!! AC went out yesterday at the office. Called AW and they said Friday they could be out. Ended up coming out this morning and by 10am the AC was fixed. Super impressed by the service!! Highly recommend this company.
Prompt and professional, they will call customer prior to service to allow time to meet the technician rather than waiting for several hours. The repairs are explained and options presented.
AW Heating &Cooling came out to repair my blower on the furnace. Not only did the repair come in $300 under an estimate from another company, they had the part in stock and got the repair done in a short period of time. Very happy with the service and savings.
I am very pleased with the service provided by AW Heating and Cooling. Our furnace had quit working on a very cold January weekend. I called first thing Monday morning. The receptionist was pleasant and able to schedule an appointment for early afternoon. She called later to let me know the technician was on his way The young man was on time, polite, professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the furnace running in no time. He didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. The repair cost was reasonable. I would use them again and will strongly consider them in the future when our [old] furnace needs to be replaced!
We contacted AW Heating during a very cold snap. Although they were busy restoring heat and making emergency calls, they still were able to address a non-emergency issue we were having with our boiler system in a prompt and professional manner. They were great about communicating scheduling and part ordering with us through their office and their technicians were friendly and went straight to work to make sure the fix was made and took the extra time to test everything so there would not be issues after they left.
Tech showed up within the scheduled window of service. Tech was very polite and did his work without any issues. Made no mess at the work location. Work was completed and he was on his way.

This review is from John Miller, my dad. :) The nice receptionist called the house and let us know that the guys would be at our house in about 10 minutes. They arrived on time and were very knowledgeable about the furnace and the heating system. They went right to work and in no time at all, had gone through their checklist, making adjustments where necessary. "Will it get us through the winter?" Dad asked, and the guys assured him that everything was ready to go. They left promptly, and our heating/cooling system has been humming along without any issues ever since. Thank you AW Heating & Cooling. We will definitely be calling you next time we need any assistance. :)

AW are great, always on time and very courteous and knowledgeable. From Tenile who schedules to the techs Brandon and Zach everything was perfect. It's hard to find a good company where not only are they dependable but also very courteous. We struggle to find good service and this is one company I can say has always done a terrific job.
