I was caring for Amy's home and the furnace went out. I called AW Heating & Cooling. They came out an hour later and diagnosed the problem. They went out for the part they needed and it was fixed the same day. Austin and Kendrick were very professional and neat. Excellent service. I will call them again if I need to.
We noticed at 8:59pm on a Friday that the AC unit was not working properly and contacted AW Heating and Cooling for service. Austin contacted us early Saturday and came out and was able to troubleshoot the problem immediately. Not only did he help to get the unit up and going he went above and beyond explaining the upkeep and maintenance as well! We are very thankful for the service he provided and will definitely call AW for any future needs.

Our furnace recently went out. We had been waiting several days for another contractor that never showed up. We called AW Heating & Cooling on a Saturday. They were at our home within 30 min and our furnace was repaired within an hour. The technician was extremely kind and helpful. We will definitely be using AW Heating to service our Furnace and Air conditioning needs in the future!

Of course our hot water tank went out on New Year's Eve. We called AW Heating and someone was out within about an hour! The cost wasn't much more than we were seeing to DIY. Very pleased with the service and the professionalism of Austin! We will definitely use AW Heating again in the future!
