I've been using AW Heating and cooling exclusively since they installed a new furnace and A/C in my house in 2020. Since then they've also installed a new water heater as well as performed outstanding regular maintenance in my primary residence. Upon purchasing a second home for my son's to live in during college, I was delighted to find out AW serves the part of Toledo where this house is located. As this is our first winter with this house, we ran into a bit of a tricky, sporadic issue with our furnace. AW was patient and persistent in getting the issue sorted in a timely manner. I would look nowhere else for my heating and cooling needs.

Between returning our call on a Saturday night of a holiday weekend, to coming out to the house, to installing a new unit all in less than seven days when the other two big players in town were quoting a month or more, we could not recommend AW more. Price was what we expected, too. Everyone we worked with was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Would give 10 stars if I could.
