Last year we enrolled in their maintenance program, although skeptical. We prepaid for a winter furnace inspection and a summer A/C inspection. Both times AW was on time, very courteous, and efficient. Shout out to all the technicians, David, Austin, Chris, Blaine and Drew. Highly recommend the company and the maintenance program. We had switched to AW Heating and Cooling when our AC unit stopped working in the heat of the summer. I had called our existing AC repair company and was told they would get to us by "the end of the week". Due to the heat, I tried calling AW Heating and Cooling thinking perhaps they would be able to come sooner. They explained since I was not an existing customer I possibly could get assistance next day - in my mind this was still better than "by the end of the week". To my surprise, I received a phone call a couple hours later and AW was at my house fixing our AC unit by 5pm that same day. Since then, I have not used anyone else for any of the services they offer. We had a new AC unit installed a few weeks ago and Landon did an awesome job analyzing what would work best for us, explaining the options and following up after the unit was installed to ensure we did not have any issues or concerns. Every service technician we have had has always been informative, prompt and courteous. We are extremely happy customers and highly recommend this locally owned business.
Great experience with this company. They were very responsive to come out and fix my air conditioning. Very professional group and I'll be using them for my future HVAC needs.
