I highly recommend AW Heating &Cooling! I had 2stage furnace, Air Scrubber, AC & water heater installed. The professional, courteous team of Jarrod, Bill, Austin, Drew and follow up with David we're amazing! The job was completed in one day very impressed!They are always available and return calls promptly.
I definately recommend this company, they are honest, on time and professional. Connor did a wonderful job restoring our heat fast!
They were very professional and concerned about my needs. They provided me with heaters to help with heat until they were able to install furnace which was only a day and a half. Daniel was very helpful and concerned about my needs. He explained in detail what was going on with my old furnace and why it needed to be replaced. Thank you .

The service I received from Daniel was great. I would highly recommend him. The office personnel, Tennille left something to be desired. I was scheduled for an yearly check of my furnace sometime between 1-3pm when it got to be 20 to 25 after 3 I had to call to find out they would be detained due to someone who's furnace wouldn't start.
Let me say, my issue is in no way the fact that they were detain - my issue is that I had to contact them to find out if they were coming or not. They finally did arrive about 5:30ish. They need to figure out that they need to let people know and give them the option to reschedule if they will be past the appointment time. It feels like our time is not valued.
Again, the tech (Daniel) was experiences and professional and did a good job. I also like the email showing what he did and a picture of the before and after. I admit that at 3:30pm I was not sure I would call them again. After Daniel left I was reconsidering. I will probably reconsider.
Price appears competitive.
Highly recommend. Past experiences have always been professional and timely as well. Drew was knowledgeable and no high pressure sales or service. Great to know this company is there when you need them.
Have used AW Heating and Cooling for 2 years now after switching from another company. They have been extremely reliable with the maintenance of my Furnace & AC. They call to set up the maintenance appointment and the tech is super friendly and knowledgeable and always on time. I highly recommend!
