Between returning our call on a Saturday night of a holiday weekend, to coming out to the house, to installing a new unit all in less than seven days when the other two big players in town were quoting a month or more, we could not recommend AW more. Price was what we expected, too. Everyone we worked with was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Last night, we noticed our AC wasn't working as well as it typically does. It's old, so we were very concerned it was going to need replaced. I called AW at 11:15 am and they had Austin here at 2:30. Tenille on the phone was great & Austin was so helpful! He found the problem and had it fixed in under a half hour - I really appreciate that he was willing to diagnose the issue rather than just recommend replacing our old unit. He answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. This was my first experience with AW and they will be my go to for future needs!
Then company as a whole is top notch! The office staff and techs are wonderful. Good communication from the office and the techs were clean and very friendly. Everything was explained well before and during the installation. We highly recommend AW Heating and Cooling!

Called them and they rearranged their schedule to come over fast. Connor was so professional and fast. He cleaned up after himself and did his work in a timely manner. We ended up purchasing a service plan.
Austin was great. He was respectful of our home, polite, and explained everything thoroughly. He got our a/c working again during a very hot week here.
We called in the morning and by the afternoon Drew did a great job getting our existing hot water tank to heat up. We decided to replace our hot water tank. David and Sam had the new tank installed within a few hours. Thanks.
