My wife and I decided to replace an 18-year old AC system, because we didn't want it to surprise us with a breakdown. We got quotes from three good companies, including AW Heating and Cooling. Landon, who visited our house for the quote, was professional and thoroughly explained everything to us. Their price was competitive, and we chose them for the job.
They installed the new AC today. Jarid and Sam were on time, and walked us through the new system before they left. We're very happy, and highly recommend AW Heating and Cooling.

We first used AW Heating when we arrived home very late one night last winter in sub-freezing weather adn our furnace was not working. The company we had used for nearly two decades refused to come out emergently. We saw that AW Heating provided emergent repair, so we called them. They came out promptly and fixed our furnace. We stayed with them now this fall for annual maintenance. They have always been pleasant, courteous, and professional. They are prompt and pay attention to details and are careful to not "dirty" the house while working.
Addendum: I have continued to use AW HEATING & COOLING since I wrote the post above about a year ago. They have come to my house twice since then and the technicians (Austin in both of my cases) remain remain professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and very sensitive to not dirtying the house.
