Today (6/8) we had our WELL BABY CHECK-UP for our air conditioning unit. Chris was our technician and was very cordial and professional. He referred to pictures he took of our outdoor unit when explaining this work. Very convenient. I am always pleased with AW HEATING. I LIKE DOING BUSINESS WITH OUR NEIGHBORS WHO KNOW US BY NAME.
Austin was quick and knowledgeable, he was honest but never pushy
Conner came out within an hour of calling after hours and got the A/C running again in less than one hour. Total time from call to fix was two hours. He was polite, explained what was wrong and what he was fixing, and what future issues there were that would need to be addressed. Zero complaints, recommend him to all.
Our AC was down the board was fried. AW was able to come out quickly. Other HVAC companies gave me at least two weeks lead time or didn't respond at all. Austin was the tech and was able to find and install the board rather quickly we also found a leaky pipe and he was able to come back out to install a trap and clear out the lines for us. The AC is back on and working perfectly without any leaks and our unit is very old. I really appreciate Austin's professionalism and expertise. Thank you so much for letting us beat the heat!!
