Called 1st thing in morning explaining that my hot water heater had an electrical issue that caused me not to have any hot water. They were able to get someone out there that same day and correctly assessed the problem and had the bad component replaced first thing the following day. Was very impressed with the servicemen that came out, very professional in every way. I highly recommend AW heating and cooling to anyone who's in the need of professional and responsive help in a time of need.

25 year old Ac unit went out first hot day- (Memorial day weekend) all HVAC contractors were booked and busy! Another HVAC diagnosis no Freon- got pricing and called AW for another bid.
Kyle came out and answered all our questions.
Decided to replace both ac and 25 yr old furnace at the same time. Bid work was emailed and detailed. They were competitive on their pricing and no pressure. Scheduling/financing with Renee and Tenille's help was topnotch. They kept us up to date and even offered to bring a portable ac unit until they could install new unit.
Techs were professional, courteous and on time.

I was caring for Amy's home and the furnace went out. I called AW Heating & Cooling. They came out an hour later and diagnosed the problem. They went out for the part they needed and it was fixed the same day. Austin and Kendrick were very professional and neat. Excellent service. I will call them again if I need to.
We noticed at 8:59pm on a Friday that the AC unit was not working properly and contacted AW Heating and Cooling for service. Austin contacted us early Saturday and came out and was able to troubleshoot the problem immediately. Not only did he help to get the unit up and going he went above and beyond explaining the upkeep and maintenance as well! We are very thankful for the service he provided and will definitely call AW for any future needs.
