Technician was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. Although there was more work than anticipated, he explained what was needed and why. Our air conditioning was repaired and works just great. ( I would have written a review earlier except that it took me a bit to figure out the qvc reader!) I would call them again no question.
Called 1st thing in morning explaining that my hot water heater had an electrical issue that caused me not to have any hot water. They were able to get someone out there that same day and correctly assessed the problem and had the bad component replaced first thing the following day. Was very impressed with the servicemen that came out, very professional in every way. I highly recommend AW heating and cooling to anyone who's in the need of professional and responsive help in a time of need.

25 year old Ac unit went out first hot day- (Memorial day weekend) all HVAC contractors were booked and busy! Another HVAC diagnosis no Freon- got pricing and called AW for another bid.
Kyle came out and answered all our questions.
Decided to replace both ac and 25 yr old furnace at the same time. Bid work was emailed and detailed. They were competitive on their pricing and no pressure. Scheduling/financing with Renee and Tenille's help was topnotch. They kept us up to date and even offered to bring a portable ac unit until they could install new unit.
Techs were professional, courteous and on time.
